Write to levan@zionx.space. ## When you visit The site is delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). To send you the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical details of each request (browser, page, time). We don't store them ourselves. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare, Inc. may process data in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. ## Analytics, only with your yes We use Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymised session replays), only if you accept. Reject and nothing is tracked. Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept. If you press Accept, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to count page views and how visitors move through the site, and we let Google measure whether our Google Ads led to a visit or a request. This sets cookies named _ga, _ga_ followed by our ID, and _gcl_ for ad measurement. Google says Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Ad personalisation stays off: we don't use your visit to show you ads, and Google signals are off. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google may process data in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We keep Analytics data for 2 months, the shortest setting. Press Reject, or change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page: we then delete those cookies and load nothing. Microsoft Clarity, also only if you accept: it shows us, as heatmaps and session replays, where visitors click and scroll. What you type into any field is masked in every Clarity mode and never sent, and we never unmask a form. Clarity sets cookies named _clck and _clsk on this site, and Microsoft may set its own (such as MUID and CLID) on its own domains. Microsoft Corporation processes this data, and keeps recordings for up to 30 days. Ad storage stays denied for Clarity. Reject or Cookie settings stops it too, and we delete _clck and _clsk. ## What stays in your browser In your browser only. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser's local storage under zx-consent. If you catch a cartoon, this site keeps one number under zx-caught, and your on/off choice under zx-cartoons. They never leave your browser. Clear your browser's site data to reset them. What you type in the box on Home stays in this browser, with one exception: when you press Ask, your question goes to our own server on Cloudflare and on to one AI provider, chosen by the country your connection comes from: Mistral (Mistral AI, EU) for visitors in Europe; DeepSeek (China) for visitors in countries where Anthropic doesn't offer its service; Anthropic (its model Claude, US) for everyone else. The line under the box, and every answer, name the provider that is used. If that provider is unavailable, a visitor in Europe or in Anthropic's countries may be answered by the other of those two, and a visitor in the other countries by Mistral; DeepSeek never answers anyone else's question. Before your question leaves our server, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and links in it are masked. We don't store or log your question; the provider processes it under its terms for business use of its API. Please don't type names or anything personal: the AI doesn't need them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your question (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If no AI answer is available, Ask answers from our FAQ in your browser. Estimate is worked out in your browser, and Get it done opens your own mail app with your text: you decide whether to send it. ## When you write to us If you send us an e-mail or a brief, we receive your address and what you wrote. Levi reads it and our AI seats review it, only to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare an offer. Our AI seats run on outside AI services, named on our Team page, and some of them are outside the EU: before any of them reads a brief, your name, company and contact details are removed. Our mailbox is hosted by Proton (Proton AG, Switzerland). The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep your messages as long as we need them to answer you and, if we work together, as long as the contract and Bulgarian accounting law require. Ask us and we delete them sooner where the law allows. ## What we never do We don't sell your data, we don't use your visit to show you personalised ads, and no decision about you is made by software alone: a person, Levi, decides. ## Your rights Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). Gave consent to analytics? Withdraw it any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; we then delete those cookies and load nothing. ## Changes If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
